The programme runs automatically — you just need to be signed in to your account.
Collect with purchases
You earn 1 point for every €1 of product value. Shipping and payment fees do not count.
Collect by taking part
5 points for completing the quiz, 5 points for a survey and 10 points for your first Used Gear listing.

From 100 points onwards. In the cart you choose how many points to spend — up to 100% of the order.

Redemption is possible from 100 points onwards, in any number of points. Points are valid for 24 months from crediting. A €1,884 kite thus earns 1,884 points, i.e. €18.84 off your next purchase.
How you collect points
The programme runs automatically — the only condition is that you are signed in to your account when buying.
- With a purchase: you earn 1 point for every €1 of product value. The basis is the amount incl. VAT after all discounts; shipping and payment fees do not count, while the part paid with a gift voucher does.
- For completing the quiz: 5 points (once per customer).
- For completing a survey: 5 points (once per survey).
- For your first used-gear listing: 10 points.
How you redeem points
- Value: 1 point = €0.01 off (100 points = €1).
- Threshold: you can start redeeming at 100 points, then in any number.
- Maximum share: points can cover up to 100% of the order value.
- Where: you pick the points in the cart before checkout — the discount is deducted immediately.
Where you see your balance
Under My account → Points. The balance has two parts:
- On the way: points from recent purchases still awaiting confirmation.
- Available: confirmed points you can spend right away.
Purchase points are confirmed once the order is shipped and paid; if that drags on, the system confirms them automatically after 14 days. A cancelled order removes the points. Collected points stay valid for 24 months, so there is no need to save them for the "right moment".
Where you use them fastest
Points add up fastest with bigger purchases — a kite, a board or a harness — and you can spend them on anything, including accessories or apparel.
