Harlem impressed at the California Kitesurf Masters in St. Peter-Ording
The California Kitesurf Masters in St. Peter-Ording turned the North Sea coast into the centre of the kitesurfing world for a few days — and Harlem Kitesurfing was right at the heart of it.
Over 500 test sessions in a few days
Harlem’s stand hosted more than 500 test sessions, with over 300 kiters trying the gear. Visitors took the latest kites and boards on the water and talked to the people behind the brand — exactly what makes the difference when deciding on a purchase.
GKA Youth Kite World Championship
The highlight of the event was the youth world championship, where six young Harlem athletes competed: Mano Lander (Denmark), Martin Rahnel (Estonia), Figo van Ekeren (Netherlands), Sohan Denne (France), Lukman Mohammed Abdalla (Zanzibar) and Kai Lieffering (Netherlands).
Mano Lander took 3rd place in the U19 division. The organisers highlighted the “bright and bold future of our sport” shown by the progress of this generation.
